- For the largest power plants, the 500 MW assets, it will be possible to buy up to 4 TWh a year for a fixed rate at $50 per MWh.
- For the smaller plants, ranging from 25 MW to 300 MW, it will be possible to purchase electricity for a fixed rate at $60 per MWh.
