HYDROELECTRIC CORPORATION (THE “COMPANY”), IS A C CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF TEXAS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE TO MANUFACTURE AND OPERATE LARGE SIZE POWERPLANTS. THE COMPANY’S LONG TERM STRATEGY IS TO BECOME THE LARGEST PROVIDER OF BASELOAD POWER WORLDWIDE. THE PROJECT PLAN IS TO BUILD 10 TO 12 H-EL UNITS A YEAR, AND IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE WE WILL SEE A SHIFT IN THE GLOBAL ENERGY MARKET, WHERE MORE AND MORE RENEWABLES WILL COME INTO PLAY. INTERMITTENT POWER SUCH AS WIND AND SOLAR WILL HOWEVER NOT BE ENOUGH TO COVER THE LOSS OF FOSSIL FUELS TO BALANCE THE ELECTRICITY GRID, BUT THE SOLUTION PROPOSED BY HYDROELECTRIC CORPORATION WILL.

THE OFFSHORE POWERPLANTS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING 25 MW TO 500 MW DEPENDING ON SIZE. SINCE THE PLANTS ARE NOT DEPENDENT ON WIND, RAIN OR SUN, HYDROELECTRIC CORPORATION COULD GUARANTEE A ANNUAL PRODUCTION OF 0.2 TWH TO 4 TWH WHICH INCLUDES PLANNED MAINTENANCE. THE OPERATIONAL TIME IS ESTIMATED AT A 97% CAPACITY, WHICH IS WAY MORE THAN OFFSHORE WIND WITH UNCERTAIN ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION DUE TO THE WIND CONDITIONS.

IT IS EVEN POSSIBLE TO BUNDLE POWER PLANTS TOGETHER, AND BE ABLE TO GENERATE UP TO 100 TWH ANNUALLY FROM EACH OFFSHORE LOCATION, IF THE ONSHORE GRID IS DIMENSIONED AND CAPABLE OF RECEIVING SUCH AN AMOUNT OF BASELOAD POWER.

ALL THESE PLANTS NEED IS ACCESS TO A OFFSHORE HUB THAT TRANSPORT THE PRODUCED ELECTRICITY INSTANTLY TO THE ONSHORE ELECTRICITY GRID.  HOWEVER, IT'S FULLY POSSIBLE FOR HYDROELECTRIC CORPORATION TO PURCHASE IT'S OWN SUBSEACABLES, TO TRANSPORT THE ELECTRICITY TO THE ONSHORE GRID.
